As part of our product quality process we check each product for any manufacturing defects before being shipped.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major manufacturing defect.
Due to current health and safety regulations, earrings cannot be refunded other than for a manufacturing defect.
We ask that you contact Kerry at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to discuss any concerns you have. We will require the defected product/s to be returned in there original packaging before we offer any store credits or refund of monies.
Please note that in the case of a refund being granted, only the actual product cost will be refunded. We do not refund any shipping and postage costs incurred.
We do reserve the right to deny any refunds.
We will endeavour to resolve your issue as soon as practicable.
